Responsibilities :
- Perform daily routine system operation and server backup/recovery
- Provide end-user IT support and trouble shooting
- Handle preventive hardware and software maintenance, perform system monitoring
- Analyze and resolve computer problems and coordinate hardware/software solutions
- Prepare system documentation
Requirements
- IVE Diploma / Associate degree holder in Computer Science or higher
- 1 to above relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products, VMware, Firewall and Database management.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, can work independently, willing to work over-time and meet the tight schedule
- MCP cert. in advance
